This is my son’s 2nd pair as he wore his first pair out with heavy usage. Of the different pairs he has had, this is his favorite because of the wide foot bed and grip on bottom.

I love my discus shoes. These are some of the best fitting sport shoes I’ve ever had no matter what sport. They are comfortable and they do their job.

Throwing shoes from other major sports brands are at least twice as expensive (or more) than these. This is a good find especially for younger athletes who are still growing. Their shoe sizes change every few months. No point in spending $300 on a pro-Throwing shoe. While young athletes do fine wearing “regular” runners for throws at this stage, but having this shoes as a transition to pro shoes is good relatively inexpensive way of getting used to a different shoe. The grip is bit more “grippy” than what pro shoes have (for Throws) but with everyday use, they should get into the right form within a month or so.
