So I’m headed out next week to do some hiking and beach combing on a barrier island in South Carolina. There are apparently 5000 mosquitoes per square inch in this location. Long sleeves were recommended so I got a couple of these shirts.
Since it’s going to be at or above 90°, I figured I’d test drive the shirts here on workouts and hikes where it’s already that hot. There are also mosquitoes here.
The shirt is VERY lightweight. It’s awesome. Also, as someone who could get bitten by a mosquito in Alaska in the middle of January, I didn’t get a single bite.
10/10 I’ll be perfectly safe on a barrier island hiking.
I’m 5’10 and slim – UA stuff tends to run small, so a size large was perfect.
