This shoe is the best fit for training, especially strength training. It fits true to size, and it is very light. The flat sole allows me to perform movements such as squats and deadlifts. It is a great shoe to have if you want something that works for overall exercising or hitting the gym.

I have worn Reign 4,5, and now Reign 6. This is by far the best edition. The shoe is much easier to get on, and offers an even more stable foundation. Lacing is better. I do lift heavy weight and demand the stability and ground feel found in this shoe. I have not yet pushed the sled in the gym and do not yet know if my heels will stay in the shoe. Personally wouldn’t recommend for running. Ok looking, but outstanding performance.

Man these shoes are SO good. Perfect for training. Comfortable even for walking. The fit is great. A little wider toe box which I love, but not TOO wide. Just right. I’d recommend these to anyone.
