It is hard to find good sleep wear that is comfortable all night lone. With sleep shirts the key is to find fabrics that will slip between you and your sheets and keep from twisting up or bunching up. This material does just exactly that. I never felt constricted or twisted up all night while wearing this. It is very breathable, and is comfortable, even if it is a bit warmer out or in the bedroom than I’d like.
